Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our address, only. No in-person drop offs will be accepted. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.Exchanges
Some of the brands on my site exchange order do not. their reason is reasoning is that, there is no guarantee they will have the product you want on time. However Showstoppers' Closet will issue you a store credit once we've received your return.Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please email or call Showstoppers' Closet withing 48 hours if there are any issues with your order. All complains after 48 hours will not attend to or taken as a first priority.
